About Us
A community built on twenty years of teaching.
From a small nursery in 2006 to two thriving campuses, our story is one of families choosing to grow up together.
Where it all began.
In 2006, Premier Ladybird opened its doors as a small nursery school in Lusaka, founded on the belief that early years shape a lifetime of learning.
As our families grew, so did we — adding Lower School, then Upper School, and eventually opening a sister campus in Ndola to bring the same quality of education to the Copperbelt.
Today we remain a community-first school, deeply rooted in the values that shaped our first classroom.
"To inspire a love of learning in every child — equipping them with the curiosity, character, and skills to shape their world."
Four threads, woven through every day.
Respect
We honour every voice in our community — child, parent, and teacher alike.
Integrity
We do the right thing, especially when nobody is watching.
Collaboration
We learn faster, further, and kinder when we learn together.
Excellence
We pursue the highest standard of learning, character, and care.
More than a curriculum.
We blend a rigorous academic core with the arts, sports, and life skills — preparing children not just for the next grade, but for the world.
Parents as partners.
Our active PTA, family events, and open-door policy mean parents aren't visitors — they're co-authors of every child's journey with us.
